James O’Barr has been with HRHCare since 1989, initially as Director of Migrant Health, and for the last seven years as Migrant Health Coordinator for the Northeast Region. In addition to his role as organizer and administrator, James has long had another life as an actor, director, and writer, and he has happily shared these creative talents with us in a variety of projects over the years, including Honoring the Hands.
