Shaina Robbins

Shaina Robbins is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and has cooked at two of America's great restaurants; Chez Panisse, and Gramercy Tavern. Shaina contributed to the Honoring the Hands project by producing the calendar and stressing the impact local growers, farmworkers, and chefs have on our economy, health, and well-being. Shaina was recently accepted to Columbia University Teachers College but she will continue to work with the Honoring the Hands project as she pursues her studies in health education.
